Prayer Request September 2010

Trials come upon us usually when we least expect and certainly don't need them. The tendency to gripe and complain is great which only aggravates the situation and increases the discomfort.

We can find comfort and encouragement in the acceptance that, even though we don't like what is happening, God is in control and has only our best in mind!

Isaiah 49:13
Sing, O heavens! Be joyful, O earth! And break out in singing, O mountains! For the LORD has comforted His people, And will have mercy on His afflicted.

Please, remember Doug, he needs your urgent prayers.
Today, something bursted during a scan and he had to be rushed in to surgery. It does not look good. May God watch over him, guide the surgeons' hands and grant Doug a full and quick recovery.

May God also bless his family and Amber with His comfort and encouragement. In Jesus' precious name we ask. Amen!

We would like to thank y'all for your prayers for Doug. The surgeons found and stopped the bleeding and Doug was recovering well. He will be going home today.

Thanks again for remembering him in your prayers. God bless y'all!

Father, we pray for Your guidance and leadership concerning Ryan's relationship. May You strengthen both with wisdom and endurance and comfort them while they are seperated.

May You open doors to renew and work out their relationship in love, hope and faith. All in accordance with Your will. In Jesus' precious name, we ask. Amen!
