Prayer Request April 2010
Today is April Fool's Day and many pranks will be played and lots of jokes will go around. Laughing is good for body, heart, mind and soul. It lifts the spirit and reminds us that there is more to life then just sorrow and grief.
We have the tendency to put more importance on daily problems then on all the blessings God gives us each day. Those problems are only temporary, but God's gift of eternal life lasts forever. We should not loose sight of that and rejoice in His blessings, goodness, mercy and love for and to us.
Proverbs 15:13
A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance, But by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.

We are asking y'all to remember our son in law Patrick in your prayers. We heard the cancer has returned and from what we understood it is in his neck this time. They will start chemo soon.

We ask your prayers for a dear friend of ours: grandpaw Ron. He is in a lot of pain due to several illnesses and is also having many problems with one of his granddaughter, who he is raising. Please, pray that God may touch her heart and for relief of the pain and problems for brother Ron.
We also ask your prayer for our uncle Bill who has been diagnosed with colon cancer and will have surgery this coming Tuesday. May God lead and direct the surgeons hands and grant uncle Bill a full and quick recovery.
Also please keep our son in law Patrick and our other brother in Christ Bobby Grow in your prayers as they go through their cancer treatments.

Father, i thank you that you are always there for us. you know what's happening in our lives. Lord, i lift up to you the health of gradnpaw ron, uncle bill,patrick and bobby grow. Father, i pray that you touch their bodies so that they will receive comfort and healing. just one touch will make a huge difference, just one touch can change their lives forever. Lord, i believe that you are sill in the business of healing and i know that you are able to heal my brothers in Christ. not our will but your will be done, o Lord. thank you for hearing our prayers. thank you in advance for what you're about to do in each them. we bring back all the glory to your name. in Jesus' mighty name, amen.
We would like to thank y'all so much for your prayers. Uncle Bill's surgery went very well, for which we are grateful.
We don't know exactly what the future holds, but please continue to remember him in your prayers. May God grand him a quick and full recovery.
