Prayer Request January 2010
An entire new year lies ahead of us and many have made some resolutions and will try to carry them out. Some may succeed in realizing them and some may not, but at least the effort will be put forth towards the goal.
We often start out with enthusiasm and determination, but when the going gets tough the tendency to quit is great and becomes more appealing by the minute. Quitting may be a relief, but reaching the goal by mustering up the patience and perseverance is much more fulfilling.
Living by God's word may not always be easy, but there is no greater reward then the fulfillment, happiness, refreshment and peace which await us.
Acts 3:19
Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,

Our oldest daughter has asked your prayers for her boss who is having serious heart surgery within the hour. He is young and has three young children.
Father, i was late in reading this request... but i know Lord, you saw this post long before. Father i pray for mr. boss complete healing and recovery. thank you, Father... in Jesus' mighty name, amen.
