Prayer Request February 2007

Agenda's, planners, schedules, sticky-notes on the fridge, are the order of the day. The "to-do"-list is overloaded and sometimes the day seems just not long enough to get everything accomplished. We get nervous, stressed, agitated and easily aggravated. We make ourselves so busy, that we often forget there is only one thing to do: To stop and spend quiet time with Our Lord!

Matthew 11:29
Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Thank You Father, for watching over Emily and blessing her with Your love and healing. May Your blessings upon her and her family continue and be a testimony to many of Your everlasting love, grace and mercy.

We ask your prayers for our dear sister Cinder, who has been sick now for several weeks. So far, meds have not had a positive effect. May she be blessed with a quick and full recovery.

We also like to ask your prayers on our daughter April, who is about to have her baby anytime now. If she hasn't delivered by the 11th of this month, they are going to induce the labour. Please pray all will go well and both mother and baby will be fine.

Thank y'all so much for continueing to pray with us. It's so much appreciated and we are thankful for everyone of you.

Praise to You Father, for hearing our prayers and for all the blessings You are giving and have already given!

I will be praying...

Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all.

Father, You know what's needed. Please, strengthen and comfort Pia and Jec in their struggles and trials. May they find peace in the knowledge that nothing escapes You and may You pour out Your blessings upon them, according to Your will. In Jesus' precious name. Amen.

April is in hospital right now and they are going to break her water and induce labour at 7.30 this morning. Please pray for April and the baby, that all may go well.
Father, we ask you to watch over April, to strengthen her, that the delivery may go well and smooth and for good health for both mother and baby. In Jesus' precious name, we ask. Amen.
