Prayer Request January 2009
We are constantly confronted with problems. It is difficult to let go and let God, but after having done our part, we have to give it over to Him.
Often, pride will prevent us from doing so. Letting God take over will strengthen our faith and assure us, that all will go just as He intended it to. All will work out for the best!
Proverbs 16:18
Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before a fall.

We would like to ask your prayers for Kc's step-sister. She has been taken to the ER right now and they suspect she might have suffered a stroke.
May God bless her and watch over her and give her comfort and healing.
Please also keep Kc's step father in mind, who is having a very difficult time dealing with this. May God strengthen him and comfort him as well.

Please keep praying for Kc's stepsister. Her situation is deteriorating and we ask you to pray, that God will improve her and her family's situation in every way, all in accordance with His will. Please pray for encouragement for the family as well. They need it.

We got this request from a friend of us:
My cousin's husband was diagnosed a few months ago with cancer and it is a bad type. They are now in the early stages of treatment. The husband is a lifelong follower of God and is a good husband and father, who is loved by all who know him. They are in for a trying time ahead. Our family as well as their church family are all praying for a miracle. I ask that you will pray with us and that God's will is done.

Can you please keep me and my little one in prayer? The pregnancy has been very hard on me so far and I've been VERY VERY sick (throwing up nonstop). I haven't left the house all week and seem to be getting worse. Please pray that God protects this little baby and that we'll both get through this OK.
Father, we lift up Nancy and her baby to You. We ask Your protection on this little one and to bless this baby to grow healthy and strong.
Please, take away Nan's sickness, so she can fully enjoy her pregnancy and we ask You to watch over both mother and baby and grant them a pregnancy without any complications.
All in accordance with Your will, we ask in Jesus' precious name. Amen!
