Prayer Request December 2013
I hope all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day and were able to enjoy and share all God's abundant blessings with your loved ones.
Although things may not always turn out the way we had anticipated or expected or in times of turmoil and problems, when blessings are overshadowed or hidden from us, they are present. Sometimes they are quite obvious, sometimes we have to look for them.
In the last case, it usually comes down to taking the time, finding, and counting your blessings. When you do so, you will be pleasantly surprised and conclude there is so much to be thankful for.
God always ensures there are blessings galore, in every situation!
Psalm 107:1
Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.

We would like to ask your prayers for our daughter Maaike. She has been struggling with stomach problems and fatigue for almost a year now and has and is still loosing a lot of weight. She is down to 98.5 lbs now and that is also starting to threaten her health.
The doctors don't know what it is and tests have not shown anything either yet. More tests are in the planning.
Please pray for God's abundant blessings upon her. May He guide the doctors, reveal what causes her problems, and grant her a full and quick recovery.

Lord, I lift up to you Maaike. I pray for healing. Lord, you can make the impossible possible and I believe with all of my heart that healing is ours. Father, I ask for revelation and guidance on what is wrong with her. I pray for provision and healing once identified. In faith I ask all these, in Jesus' name, amen!
